Dear Potential New Member, My name is Rebecca Vaught and I currently serve as the Vice President of Recruitment for the Virginia Theta (Washington and Lee) chapter of Pi Beta Phi. We are so excited to get to know you! Being a sorority woman has given me countless opportunities for leadership, personal growth, and developing sincere and genuine friendships. I had so many incredible conversations and have so many wonderful memories from my experience going through recruitment, and I hope that you all have the same. The best advice that I could give you is to approach recruitment as an opportunity to meet some incredible women. We want to get to know the real you over the course of recruitment. When I ran home on bid day, I already felt so known and so loved by the girls in our chapter.
